Thailand entry requirements for travellers from Singapore
Visa requirement summary
Singaporean passport holders do not need a visa to visit Thailand. As ASEAN neighbours with close bilateral ties, Singapore and Thailand have a long-standing visa-exemption arrangement. Singaporeans can enter Thailand for up to 30 days per entry without a visa under the ASEAN agreement, and the bilateral arrangement has at times allowed longer stays. Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)
All visitors to Thailand — including ASEAN nationals — must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card before arrival. This has been mandatory since May 2025. Submit it free at tdac.immigration.go.th within 72 hours before your arrival. You will receive a QR code by email.
How long you can stay
Singaporean travellers can typically stay for up to 30 days per entry without a visa. A 30-day extension can be applied for at any Thai immigration office for 1,900 THB.
